Our Signature Service (and why I love it)

Cleaning + organizing + fixing. We are an upgraded cleaner, and an organizer that visits you on a regular basis, and a handyman on hand coming every week to take care of the house and random little things that people don't have time for. And when they have the option to fix these little things in the house or go enjoy the sunshine with their family…most people will pick the latter. I'm in the sunshine group. I want more people to spend time doing their hobbies, taking their dog on a long walk on the beach, or spending time with your family doing fun activities!

For the single women that want to stay single, I want to be the handyman around your house that can fix anything, and in my weekly visit I reset your home or a closet you haven't looked at for a month (if not years). For the elderly couple that has always meticulously taken care of every part of their home, for maintenance and cleanliness, please take a seat and enjoy my company while I'm here and I will take care of those things for you. I will get on the ladder to put a new screen in your window. I will get under the sink to fix the leak. Now that I'm here you can sit back and relax and no one will be concerned for your safety because I'm here to take care of all of these things that you were staring at all day. And for the single dad that is busy working providing for his kids, once a week I will clean your whole house and do all your laundry and take care of all these little things on the wall that you see every day but do not have the time or energy to do it. And I don't want you to either because I want you to spend your time at home enjoying your kids and family time doing fun things going out in the sunshine. I want you to make a mess in your house and not pick anything up so that you can get five more seconds with your family.

I am super extremely excited about this service because from what I see it's a gap in the market, because we are an upgraded cleaner and a handyman and organizer that usually you hire on once a year basis but I am here every single week chipping away at all the little projects you have going on. A lot of people think that I am just an organizer or even that I am a home manager, but that is not the case. I'm actually a great referral partner for organizers and house cleaners because the goal for me is the weekly service. I want to build relationships with my clients, get to know my clients are very very well, and build a community with all of my clients. Which as far as construction goes, if you are billing a home for someone or remodeling their home, if they do it very often maybe you're seeing them every 5 to 10 years. If but most of the time you are remodeling their home once and then you never see them again. And I hated that because I want to like stick around my clients I wanna see them all the time I wanna get to know them I want us to have a community where we share information and experiences and learn and grow together and go through different phases. But I also know that I am not a a professional organizer and I have a lot of respect for a professional organizers and dedicated house cleaners, so if someone is looking for a one time garage cleaning or a team to only clean their house when when they visit, then I am not a good fit and whenever people reach out about that I send them to my organizer and house cleaner friends. Construction is what I want to stick with and what I most enjoy about this new service so if one of my client’s is looking for a construction project to be done in their home, they already know me, they trust me, they've seen how I work and have confidence that the good work I do on a very small scale, is also going to apply to a big project - like a kitchen remodel.

We are a regular general contractor or construction company still, so we still do home build, additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, full home remodels in Bothell, Washington and the surrounding area, but for me my bread and butter is this Household Operations service.

Another thought, I have ADHD (I was diagnosed this year in 2026), so far I have two Household Operations clients, but 100% of them have also have ADHD. So I want anyone in Mukilteo, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Woodinville, Mill Creek, Kirkland, etc. to know that if you have ADHD and you feel like an incompetent adult, you can't keep your house clean, and why is it so hard for you? Call me! Please! My clients are SO GRATEFUL for a service like this to exist and for someone like me, who is very understanding of your disorder, to come in, make up the difference, help you keep up with life, feel better about yourself and your home.
